ToRS OF INTERNEES UNDER THE ADP PROJECT: “DEVELOPMENT OF ONION AND TOMATO POCKET AREAS IN BAJAUR & MOHMAND DISTRICTS” The selected internees will be responsible to undertake the following research and official activities: 1. Prepare & maintain the office File work (Office Record Keeping, Email Correspondence, Postal Correspondence and Meeting Minutes). 2. Prepare the desk review of the given research theme based on Project’s objectives. 3. Monitoring and Evaluation of the ongoing Project Field activities. 4. Internee will need to collect the data from the field / respondents. 5. Internee will be responsible for data Entry in computer software. 6. Internee will require to do data analysis in different computer software. 7. Report Writing (this requires results interpretation along with discussion). 8. Internee has to deliver Power Point Presentations to share the research & field activities. 9. Prepare the research broachers, booklets & Publications (English, Urdu & Pashtu) 10. Assist to organize the seminar, trainings, meetings and any other relevant activity. 11. Submission of Report on Quarterly Basis. 12. Internee will be involved in other project activities (seminar, field days, workshop, field visits etc) Note: Total Number of Internship Positions: 06 (Horticulture = 02, Agronomy = 01, Food Science = 01 & Agricultural Economics = 02), Salary/Stipend (PKR 20,000 per month, according to approved PC-1)
